Possibly Adobe Flash-builder,
in general students learn to build web-sites and modify pictures for those websites with Photoshop. As well as how to integrate programs and/or slides to websites such as videos or files to be downloaded or viewed.

This class if taken again is known as Advanced Web-Design where students help teachers with their websites if needed, create videos of how to do something in a subject such as Dreamweaver or Photoshop, as well as help build and maintain the school website, and near the end of the year help build a website for a FBLA contest. But they also learn subjects such as Java, more into flash, even building apps for ipads or touchscreen phones.

1. A Driver Education class will be offered at Spanish Springs during spring break, March 30-April 2. This 30 hour class fulfills the classroom requirement for a driver's license in Nevada if you are under 18. The cost is $94. For more information, pick up a flier at your school's counselors office or call 829-9010 for more information and to register. (Office 2/25-3/27)

2. Seniors: Are you looking for a job??? Sierra Army Depot is hiring. These are excellent civilian jobs with great pay and benefits. Stop by the College and Career Center for more information. (Taveira 3/2-12)

3. Attention Senior Girls: The PEO Marguerite Scholarship for $2,000 is due March 15th. There have been very few applicants to date! Get your application in to qualify for this valuable scholarship. Questions? Please see Mrs. Taveira in the Career Center. (Taveira 3/2-3/13)

4. Battle of the Bands is coming up for Spring Fling! So get your bands ready and get your packets in room 201. (Faker 3/2-3/13)

5. The Spring Fling Kickball Tournament is March 25th. Get your packets and more information in room 201. It's coming fast. (Faker 3/9-3/13)

6. Spanish Club will meet today, March 11th in room M4. (Bartoo 3/3-3/10)

7. Staff and students, please remember that any tobacco use on a school campus is prohibited. This includes cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and chewing tobacco. Students found using tobacco products on campus are subject to progressive discipline, and student athletes will be subject to further sanctions according to NIAA policy. (Urmston 3/6-3/13)

8. Josten's will be here during lunch next Thursday and Friday, March 19th and 20th delivering Graduation Announcements. (Office 3/9-3/20)

9. The United Cougar Culture Club is meeting today, Wednesday, in room 143 and will start promptly at 11:40. Come prepared to share what your unit has planned for March/April. (P Anderson
